Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

​

2. The prize draw is being run by PDHSports.com & INSPIRE Squash Academy as part of the Women & Girls Squash Festival.

​

3. The prize draw is open everyone who attends the Women & Girls Squash Festival, 2022 and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. For Juniors, their parents agree to these term on their child's behalf.

​

4. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 

​

5. To enter the prize draw, you must agree to sign-up to the PDHSports.com Newsletter with the email address you used on the sign-up form. For Juniors who enter the prize draw, the parent must sign-up to the Newsletter with their email address.

​

6. To enter the prize draw simply select so on the Entry Form for the Event.

​

7. INSPIRE Squash Academy or PDHSports.com  will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

​

8. INSPIRE Squash Academy or PDHSports.com reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

​

9. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law & any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The prize

​

10. The prize(s) will be decided by PDHSports.com (TBC).

​

11. PDHSports.com use of particular brands as prizes may reflect INSPIRE Squash Academy's link to Dunlop Sports.

​

12. The winner(s) will be drawn at random on Saturday 24th September 2022, with the winner(s) notified via email and the results published on Social Media on Monday 26th September 2022.

​

13. INSPIRE Squash Academy or PDHSports.com will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

​

14. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and INSPIRE Squash Academy & PDHSports.com reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

​

15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

​

16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

​

17. The decision of PDHSports.com & INSPIRE Squash Academy regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Data protection and publicity

18. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by INSPIRE Squash Academy & PDHSports.com for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as outline above in relation to signing-up to the PDHSports.com Newsletter.

19. The winner agrees to the release of their first name & possible additional details on the INSPIRE Squash Academy and/or PDHSports.com's Website & Social Media platforms.
