Our INSPIRE Programme at the Inspire Squash Academy provides an excellent starting point and engaging environment for young athletes to learn Squash! Our Stages are based on ability, and ages are used as a guide. Our Coaches will advise which sessions is best for your Child. INSPIRE Stages are: Stage 1 - Ages 9-11 Stage 2 - Ages 11-15 Stage 3 - Ages 15+ However Stage 1 classes are aimed at children aged 9-11 and focus on teaching fundamental squash skills. Participants will have the opportunity to learn a new sport, make new friends, and grow in confidence as their skills develop and they understand the value of teamwork. Sessions are fun and engaging and teach the fundamental squash techniques, tactics and physical aspects of the game. As proficiency in the game improves, children will progress though our pathway, whether they are just beginning with squash or aim to enhance their skills, our programme offers an ideal starting point.
