Junior Box Leagues
Our ISA Junior Squash Box Leagues provide our Junior Members with an opportunity to develop their Squash through more competitive play with other players!
Box Leagues are local, ability-based mini-leagues where players compete in small groups over a set period of time.
Each player plays everyone else in their group once, earning points based on match results. At the end of the cycle, players move up or down a league depending on performance, keeping the competition fair, motivating, and constantly evolving!

Why Get Involved?
Regular, competitive squash that fits your schedule!
Your child will meet new players, build friendships, and join our wider Junior Squash Community. They'll Improve their game through consistent match play, fun and social competitions including events and end-of-season tournaments. It’s affordable and well-organised, making it easy for them to stay motivated and engaged.
Whether they wish to improve, stay active, or simply enjoy great
matches, the Junior Squash Box Leagues are the perfect option for them to play more Squash!
How Do the Box Leagues Work?
Juniors are placed in groups with 4–5 others of similar standard. Each cycle lasts 6–8 weeks and parents arrange the matches at their own convenience with the others in their group.
Results are submitted online through SquashLevels and updated in real time. At the end of each cycle the top players are promoted and the bottom players are relegated. New players join in appropriate positions. This format ensures everyone gets regular, meaningful matches at their own scheduling convenience.
There is a dedicated WhatsApp Group to help parents arrange matches, keep up to date with the latest news and league information and to create a community of likeminded Squash enthusiasts!
It is up to the players / parents to arrange the days, times and locations of each Match and to make sure the relevant Court Fees or Guest Fees are paid.
How Are the Box Leagues Managed?
All fixtures, boxes, and results will be published online on SquashLevels. All Juniors will have a Ranking to help them to reach the next stage of their development! The Inspire Squash Academy handles scoring, promotions, support, disputes, and communication through our dedicated WhatsApp Group. Parents coordinate on guest fee rules, court availability and Court Fees.
Special events such as the Winter Cup and Summer Cup provide added excitement! There are also prizes for League Winners, Most Improved and other awards throughout the year!
Is there a Cost to the Box Leagues?
Yes - there will be a small fee to join the Box Leagues so that we can award Prizes to League Winners and maintain the Leagues to a high standard. The fee will be payable for each Box League Cycle entered.

Who can get involved?
Our Box Leagues offer Juniors of all ages and abilities the opportunity to play more Squash!
We would recommend that any Junior wishing to take part in the Leagues can consistently Serve and Return Serve, and play a full Court game of Squash. Matches are either Best of 5 or Best of 3, first to 11 P.A.R Scoring.
